Job responsibilities:
- Develop roadmaps for our innovative products and features, identify potential critical paths, and implement creative solutions
- Coordinate and manage teams (Development, QA, Design, Art) throughout all project phases
- Ensure all teams are aligned and meet the given deadlines
- Plan and implement projects, including scope of work, time estimation, resource allocation, schedules, milestones, and budgets
- Participate in key client meetings with the Sales Team
- Identify opportunities to optimize our project workflows and share ideas in internal reports
Requirements:
- Highly motivated, positive, and detail-oriented personality with a strong focus on quality
- Exceptional project management and people skills
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English
- Experience as a Producer or Project Manager (games industry experience is a plus)
- Technical background or understanding is preferred
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or VR/AR projects is a plus
